My artwork includes woodcuts, Sumi Ink and Archival Ink line drawings, etchings, and multi-media processes. I prefer black and white aesthetic but often experiment with primary colors in my compositions.
I look for non-traditional and surprising elements that offer unexplored ways of looking. My work connects with various themes, including metamorphosis, opposing forces, and spiritual being.
Art should reflect one's personal experience. I'm inspired by artists that create - not to recreate a thing or state of being - but rather to evoke an emotional connection from their own experience and perspective.
